Shipping policy
All items are custom made to order and require a production period before they are shipped. The timelines below outline what you can expect:
1. Order Processing and Production
- Standard Custom Orders: Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment. This timeframe accounts for the care and attention to detail we put into every piece.
- Highly Custom Orders: In some cases, more complex designs or custom requests may require a few extra days for production. We will contact you directly to provide a more specific timeline if your order falls into this category.
2. Shipping Method and Tracking
- All orders are shipped via UPS for reliable and secure delivery.
- Once your item is complete and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package's journey to your door.
3. Important Information
- Delivery Estimates: The production time noted above does not include the carrier's shipping time. The final delivery date will depend on the shipping service and your location.
- Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high shipping volumes during holidays or weather events. We will always communicate any significant delays to you proactively.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
